Tour de France Booking Terms



The following terms apply only to Tour de France Tours and supercede and replace all other terms shown on our parent site at www.discoverfrance.com/terms

1. Deposits: deposits per person are 500 euros which can be charged to your Visa or Mastercard; or you may make an electronic wire payment, just ask and we will provide banking instructions.

2. Cancellation Terms - once a booking is confirmed and deposited it is 50% non-refundable. The deposit becomes fully non-refundable on January 31, 2010. Full tour payment is due 60 days prior to tour start. Cancellation within 60 days of travel are 50% non-refundable up to 30 days prior at which time there is no refund for cancellation.

3. Trip Insurance - you will be provided with an option to purchase travel insurance which can protect you in many cases of cancellation. You are responsible to know and understand the terms of that policy. We will provide you with a complete offer from a reputable travel insurance provider and you will purchased that directly from the insurance provider.

4. Order of Priority: participants are encouraged to book early to ensure a place. We will keep wait lists for each tour. If a person from the wait list is available to take a cancelled place then all monies are refunded less 250 euros to the person cancelling.

5. Group bookings: there is no discount available for groups who book spots in any of our posted tours. These tours are priced based on the participation noted. We are happy to propose custom programs for groups of 8 or more, subject to hotel and guide availability.

6. Etape du Tour: in case of cancellation, there is an additional 150 euro fee for cancellation (in addition to the above cancel fees) to cover the cost of the entry that is non-refundable after December 31, 2009.
