Cycling Classics is for cyclists passionate about cycling. You need not be a "category" level racer to enjoy any of our cycling tours, but these tours are still challenging, and for experienced cyclists. Some bike tours offered do provide optional rides - easy to challenging. This allows couples and families of different abilities to be fulfilled and all get the experience these biking tours offer. The single component that makes these tours challenging is the mountain riding involved. Climbing is much more of a factor than is distance when rating the level of the tours. Grades such as 7% to 13% are common in the Alps and Pyrenees and are fully integrated into the routes chosen.

We offer both self-guided and guided bicycle tours. The self-guided options are great for couples, small groups of friends, families, or anyone else who has specific dates of travel. You can go anytime! Also, don't confuse self-guided with a self-contained tour; on our tours you are never totally alone! We give you support, bag transfer when necessary, and provide detailed route books.
Our guided tours have specific dates and are open to anyone who is capable of the riding program. Service is a key component to our tours, and you can rest assured that expert guides and local bilingual support will handle all the details regardless of which formula bicycle vacation you choose.

We have emphasized the routes as the main attraction, and searched for top quality accommodations in these areas to host our guests. We use quality hotels from 2 star to 4 stars. Luxury isn't always available, but regional ambiance, charm, quality cuisine, and culture are in abundance. You will be surprised by the quality and all that is included for the price you will pay!
