Greetings - July and of course - Tour de France! It wouldn't be 2007 without doping scandals dominating cycling news and the news has been juicy! Moving past the scandals, the Tour promises to put some fresh faces on the marquee cycling event of the season. The heros of the Giro may not be present, but all the more room for someone else to make their name. A lot is to be gained for a breakthough rider to finish on the podium, so some incredible performances are awaited.
