Nice & the French Riviera

Itinerary Virtual Tour Tour Map

Ride the training routes of the Pros and take in some of the spring races: Paris-Nice and Milan-St Remo!

The Nice area is well known worldwide for the sun and beaches and wealth that come here from all over the world. It is also famous, but less known for the cycling and the off season training that a lot of athletes do here. Warm weather makes it possible when a good part of Europe is still cold and wet and even snowy! While Nice is a big city, the hills and mountains in the interior countryside make great training grounds and it is here we go to enjoy some awesome early season rides. Travel costs are lower at this time of year too, and after a winter indoors, you may be ready to breakout onto the roads a little early!

We made these trips in conjunction with the Paris Nice pro race and Milan-St Remo: March 7-14, March 20-27, and April 11-18, 2010
